1. What information do we collect?
We collect personal information voluntarily provided by users expressing interest in products and services. Mobile device data may be collected including device ID, operating system, and IP address. Information automatically collected includes IP addresses, browser characteristics, operating system, language preferences, and usage data recorded in log files. Location data collection depends on device type and settings, using GPS and similar technologies based on IP address.
2. How do we process your information?
Personal information is processed to provide, improve, and administer services, communicate with users, prevent security threats and fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Processing may occur for other purposes with user consent.
3. What legal bases do we rely on?
For EU and UK residents, legal bases include user consent, legal obligations compliance, and vital interests protection. Canadian residents’ information may be processed with express or implied consent, or in exceptional cases such as fraud detection or legal requirements.
4. When and with whom do we share your personal information?
Information may be shared with third-party vendors, service providers, and contractors under written contracts designed to safeguard personal information. Third parties cannot share information with other organizations without instruction. Information may be shared during business transfers, mergers, or acquisitions.
5. How long do we keep your information?
Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for stated purposes unless longer retention is required by law. When no legitimate business need exists, information is deleted, anonymized, or securely stored and isolated from further processing.
6. How do we keep your information safe?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure.
7. Do we collect information from minors?
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to individuals under 18 years of age. Users represent they are at least 18 or are parents/guardians consenting to minor use. Accounts will be deactivated if child data is discovered.
8. What are your privacy rights?
In regions including the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada, users may request access, obtain copies, request rectification or erasure, restrict processing, exercise data portability rights, and object to automated decision-making. Users can withdraw consent at any time. EEA and UK residents may complain to their data protection authority.
9. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
No uniform technology standard for DNT signals exists. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or mechanisms communicating tracking preferences.
10. Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?
Virginia, Utah, Connecticut, Colorado, and California residents have specific privacy rights. We collect device and usage information but do not collect identifiers like contact details or email addresses in the table provided. Information is not sold or shared for business purposes in the preceding 12 months.
California residents under 18 may request removal of publicly posted data. The CCPA grants California residents rights to know what data is collected, request deletion, opt out of sales or sharing, correct inaccuracies, and limit sensitive information use. Verification of identity is required for requests.
Colorado residents have rights to be informed about processing, access data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain copies, and opt out of targeted advertising and profiling.
Connecticut residents have similar rights: being informed, accessing data, correcting inaccuracies, requesting deletion, obtaining copies, and opting out of targeted advertising and profiling.
Utah residents may be informed about processing, access data, request deletion, obtain copies, and opt out of targeted advertising or sales.
Virginia residents have rights to be informed, access data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain copies, and opt out of targeted advertising, sales, and profiling.
11. Do other regions have specific privacy rights?
Australia and New Zealand residents are protected under Privacy Acts and have rights to request access or correction of personal information. Republic of South Africa residents may request access or correction and file complaints with the Information Regulator.
12. Do we make updates to this notice?
We update the notice as necessary to maintain legal compliance. Updated versions are indicated by revised dates and become effective when accessible. Material changes are communicated through prominent notices or direct notification.
