Creative Strategy
The brief before the brief.
Creative strategy at DE-YAN starts upstream, before the deck, before the design, and often before the brief is fully formed. We work with brands to clarify the business problem, audience behavior, cultural context, and emotional truth that the experience needs to answer. That strategic foundation shapes everything that follows: the world, the story, the environment, the content, the technology, and the way success is measured. The strategy is how we make sure the work is not just beautiful, but also necessary. Experiential
Experiences are the fastest and most effective way for brands to connect with their audience in a meaningful way.
Experiential design is where DE-YAN started. We build physical worlds into experiences people can enter, feel, share, and remember. This includes flagship retail spaces, runway productions, pop-ups, tour stages, brand activations, and permanent installations. Architecture, lighting, sound, choreography, and narrative get treated as one craft, in one room, by one team. Because everything sits inside one studio, the idea stays intact from concept through execution. The result isn’t simply a decorated space or a one-off event. Motion design at DE-YAN spans concept development, campaign creation, 2D animation, CGI, AI workflows, ad post-production. This means that the writing roo, storyboarding, set designing, editing, VFX, color correction, and finishing are all under one roof. We produce broadcast spots, episodic content, social series, documentary content, launch films, keynote visuals, and real-time visual environments designed to live across screens, strages, physical spaces, and digital platforms simultaneously. Because the same studio handles concept, capture, and post-production, motion work moves at the speed of the idea rather than at the speed of the supply chain.

A DE-YAN brand system is built for how the real world experiences your brand. Permits, freight, fabrication, vendor management, technical planning, and on-site execution make up the invisible infrastructure behind every experienceDE-YAN’s production team is build for complexity and takes on work like global tentpole events, retail environments, multi-city launches, and large-scale immersive brands. We deliver end-to-end on in-house projects and can be engaged as a white-label production partner when an unusually complex build requires it.
